Once the item is collected from the Seller, it is immediately insured by us. Thus, in case of loss, theft, or damage to the item, the customer will receive the sale price determined with Closet.

How can I be sure that the article is authentic ?

Each item is carefully checked based on the Seller’s information and, when necessary, by specialized authentication services. These checks are an obligation of means and not an absolute guarantee. Any item raising doubt is removed from sale.

How do I sell an item on Closet ?

To sell an item on Closet, simply follow these easy steps:

  • Send us photos of your items via the Site or by WhatsApp;

  • We provide a price estimate for each item;

  • We arrange a meeting together to collect the items you wish to sell;

  • We check the condition and authenticity of the item;

  • You receive a consignment confirmation email;

  • We take care of listing your item for sale (photos, description, and online publication).

  • Once the item is sold, your share is available in your customer account and paid out after your request, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

What commission does Closet take ?

Closet takes 25% of the selling price agreed with the Seller.

Your product is published online once we complete the following steps:

How does Closet pay the Seller?

Once your item has been sold, you can request your payment from your customer account. The amount will then be transferred to you by bank transfer in accordance with our applicable terms and conditions.

What is there to do if an item remains unsold on Closet ?

We track items online every six months. If your item hasn't been sold, you can then choose to lower the price or get it back.

How do I remove an item from Closet ?

If your item does not sell or you change your mind, it is possible to retrieve it. However, you will have to wait at least six months once it is online.

How do I buy an item on Closet ?

Did you find the item of your dreams on Closet? It will be yours very easily:

2. You enter your information for delivery.

3. The delivery is free in Switzerland;

4. You pay by selecting one of the means of payment we offer ;

5. You get the delivery within 72 hours.

Which payment methods do we accept on Closet ?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Twint and bank transfer.

Payment in 3 or 4 times is available for Switzerland only.

How do I track my order on Closet ?

After receiving your purchase confirmation email, you will receive a second email with a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. You can also track your package from our website by clicking the order tracking icon and entering your email address.

What is the process for sending Closet ?

Free shipping throughout Switzerland.

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day whenever possible (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the following business day.

Is it possible to return the purchased item ?

Yes, under certain conditions.

You must notify us of your return request within 24 hours after receiving your order.
After notification, you then have 7 days to return the item by post.

Returns are accepted only for clothing and shoes, provided that the item:

  • has not been worn,

  • is in perfect condition,

  • still has its security tag and original labels attached.

Bags, leather goods, accessories, jewelry, and sale items cannot be returned.

If the return complies with these conditions, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Is it possible to see the articles in person?

Yes, it is possible to view certain items in person by appointment only.
